End-user License Agreement
This agreement governs your use of AIVNHub websites, applications, and services. By accessing or using the product, you agree to these terms.
01License to use
AIVNHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service according to your account, plan, documentation, and applicable policies.
You do not own AIVNHub software, source code, models, interface, brand, or intellectual property; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Business accounts may be subject to additional terms in an order form, contract, DPA, or separately executed agreement.
02User responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality, usage rights, accuracy, and quality of data, documents, prompts, integrations, and content you provide to the platform.
You must protect credentials, assign permissions appropriately, supervise workspace activity, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using them for business, financial, legal, medical, employment, or other high-impact decisions.
03Use restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, extract source code, bypass security controls, exceed usage limits, run unauthorized vulnerability scans, or interfere with service infrastructure.
You may not use the service to create unlawful content, violate privacy, steal data, send spam, commit fraud, distribute malware, or harm others.
You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or provide a competing service based on AIVNHub without written permission.
04Data, AI output, and integrations
You retain rights to data and content provided by you or your organization, subject to applicable ownership rights and agreements.
AI outputs may be imperfect. AIVNHub provides review gates, citations, and audit trails to support control, but you must verify output before acting on it.
Third-party integrations such as email, CRM, ERP, accounting, payment, or AI providers may be subject to their own terms and limitations.
05Suspension, termination, and changes
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect security risk, breach of terms, harmful activity, non-payment, or legal requirements.
You may stop using the service according to your applicable plan or contract. Some data may remain for a reasonable period in backups, audit trails, or legal records.
AIVNHub may update this agreement; for material changes, we will provide appropriate notice before or when the changes take effect.
